Return Policy

Our policy is contingent on the product you purchased, and the suppliers return policy. In most all cases, you may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Suppliers in some cases will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error. For example, you received an incorrect item, or the item is defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, after the supplier receives your package. This time period includes the transit time it takes the supplier to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
